Most notably, they chose to showcase a hop less often founded in IPAs— Hallertau— alongside a more classic hop bill of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. This was a great decision as the noble character of the Hallertau marries really well with the characteristics aromas of Nelson Sauvin which otherwise dominate the bouquet. Indeed, it adds an extra layer of noble spice that piques the nostrils from the get go, while also bringing the more vinous notes to the forefront. 🌱 🍇🍊

N5 Beer Review
N5 is a German Pilsner from @nanocinco hopped solely with Tettnanger. It really showcases the full earthy, herbal, floral and slightly peppery profile of the Tettnanger hops on the nose, all supported by ample hints of dough.
