Beer review

In appearance, it’s on the Light Side with a chill haze and nice moussey head. Bursts of citrus explode like the Death Star with notes of grapefruit, orange and lemon all mixing together with a hint of resin. On the sip, it’s moderately juicy, with lots of citrus and pineapple but plenty of pine bitterness reminiscent of the forest moon of Endor. Indeed, much like the Ewoks did the Empire, this bitterness keeps things in check, cutting down the sweetness. As the prophecy foretold, this beer brings balance to the Force, finding a great line between West and East coasts. 🍊 🌲

Originally from England, Mike Davis came to Quebec ten years ago to study history. During this time he fell in love with the microbreweries of Quebec, which reminded him of English pubs. Now, he holds a Ph.D in History from McGill University, but works in the beer world as the Brand Ambassador for Microbrasserie 4 Origines.
